The above picture is our Beaver Creek logo bag with our medium size flake shaving. These bags are compressed to 3 cu. ft. and expand to 7 cu. ft. We currently sell these bags by the 53' semi load. Each load has 24 pallets with 45 bags per pallet and stretch wrapped for a total of 1,080 bags per load. Top Caps are also available for outside storage. Manufacturing Process
We receive trees daily from local contractors. We cut to length and place them in our shavers where a curly premium shaving is produced. The green shavings fall on a belt underneath the shavers and are carried to our drum dryer for the drying process. The dryer is fueled from the bark, dust and fines that we shake out of our product. The dry shavings go to our 4-stage bagger, where they are compressed, bagged and palletized for shipping. We currently produce 6 finished bags per minute.
