 Glover Custom Wood, Inc. was formed over 50 years ago in 1961 by Jerry Glover. In 1997 Mr. Glover's sons (George and Greg) incorporated the business and George became President with Greg acting as Vice-President.

The Company is located in Junction City, AR (Southern Arkansas) just 1 mile from Hwy 167 on the Arkansas / Louisiana state line.  We are 35 miles North of Interstate 20 and 125 miles South of Little Rock.  The manufacturing facility is on the Arkansas side and the office is on the Louisiana side.

In 1999 we began manufacturing Pine Shavings for animal bedding. We manufacture a medium size flake shaving that is bagged in compressed 3 cu. ft. bags that expand to 7 cu. ft. We are also producing a smaller mini-flake shaving and a blended shaving. With three types of shavings to choose from, we are sure to have a product to fit all your animal bedding needs.

Over the years, the Company has manufactured many types of wood products. Since 1975, the Company has specialized in the manufacturing of flooring for egg producing chicken houses. The "Chicken Slats" are customized to meet customer specifications.  Many satisfied customers are located primarily in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Mississippi, Colorado and Tennessee.

It is our policy to listen to customers' needs and make modifications when necessary to meet those expectations.  We try to deliver a exceptional quality product in an efficient timely manner.  Without satisfied customers, we wouldn't be in business.  Therefore, it is our goal to minimize surprises or disappointments.
